Why it exists
Private credit is opaque by default
Terms live in PDFs, servicing sits behind a relationship, and the borrower is a name you never see. Retail capital is priced last and informed last.
Onchain yield is often circular
Much of it pays out from token emissions or leverage on itself. When the incentive stops, so does the yield. A receivable does not care about emissions.
A promise still needs someone accountable
A contract can move funds; it cannot chase a late invoice. Every strategy names an operator responsible for disbursement, servicing and reporting.
Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, or a guarantee of return. Credit investments can lose principal and can restrict withdrawals. Read the risk view before committing anything.

What backs the proposed vaults?
The concept is financing documented business receivables and working-capital loans. Underlying assets have not yet been supplied or verified. The vault visual is not proof of custody or collateral.
Can I deposit or connect my wallet?
You can connect a compatible browser wallet to display its public address. Deposits and withdrawals are not yet available. Connecting does not request a signature, move funds, or create an investment position.
What can go wrong with private credit?
Borrowers may default, invoices may be disputed, collateral may be insufficient, and collection may take time. Smart-contract and operator failures add risks. Principal can be lost and withdrawals may be delayed.
What would be needed before launch?
A defined legal structure and jurisdiction, actual borrower agreements, underwriting and servicing partners, eligibility checks, verifiable reporting, clear withdrawal rules, and security review. Details depend on the final product and applicable requirements.
